Here's what previous Build it Quickly participants shared about their experience:

I think this course is great, just what I needed. It has really helped me to gain confidence in my ability to develop courses and to know that I am on the right track with what I am doing. This course contains many 'aha' moments and nuggets of great advice.

Lisa Brandwood, HR, L&D Consultant

I really enjoyed all the different activities and particularly how they related to what we were actually learning so you could see it from both sides (i.e. facilitator and delegate). With no prior knowledge of creating or running workshops I didn't know where to begin and now I have a framework I can apply to any course moving forward.

Jessie Morris, People & Culture Business Partner

Katy - you are a born trainer... You bring everything to life and bring out the importance of all the areas we need to cover, but in a fun and practical way, where people can relate to scenarios etc...

Sinéad Dartnell, Head of HR

Just a great course for both new and more experienced facilitators. Katy has an amazing style and using fab content and is always so generous with what she shares.

Libby Williams, Executive Coach & Facilitator

There were many really helpful moments. I loved the chunking approach and breaking down into must, should, could categories. Defining pre work as a module was (a) very helpful tip.

Nicki Crossland, Leadership Coach

Loved your energy, openness and willingness to share all you know Katy, thank you! Resources shared as we went along were brilliant and will be my go to guide for all future training builds.

Aimee Nelson, Interim HR Manager
